Reflections House is a spectacular tri-level family home in a prestigious pocket of Sydney’s Inner West. It comfortably combines classic design with modern refinement. This is a home that changes with time and light. One that reveals itself slowly. A place where architecture and atmosphere work together to create something deeply considered, calm and lasting.

The name Reflections is woven into every aspect of the home. At its core, the home was designed as a collection of experiences. Distinct spaces were intentionally shaped to support different facets of family life - intimate corners for quiet gatherings, generous zones for boisterous get-togethers and more contemplative areas for prayer and solitude. Each space carries its own mood and yet flows seamlessly into the next. Materiality plays a key role in bringing these zones to life. Surfaces respond to light in unique ways, softening, warming or grounding each environment. It is present in the layering of materials from the venetian plastered ceilings to the warm herringbone floors, each one catching and responding to light differently. As light moves throughout the home - filtering, shifting and reflecting from the pool into the lower level - it enhances these transitions. Reflection is most proudly embodied in the quieter moments the home encourages - spaces designed not just for living, but for pausing, gathering and reflecting. It is truly a home where every surface, every detail, and every moment of light invites you to pause.
